Not a good experience here at all. After being hounded to pay $100 for delivery when's we insisted we could pick it up ourselves.. we were told it would be there in 2 days and to call that morning to verify what time to pick it up. We quickly sold our other couch to make room. When we called up that morning it was to arrive. They told us they had mistakenly scheduled it for the next week and we had to wait another week. We had family coming for the weekend that then got to spend the time visiting in an empty living room... we also had a one week old baby that slept in the living room at the time so we go t to sleep on the floor until it came. When we addressed the issue with them they attempted to give us a different color one, but that was only after we called back to talk about it for the third time. In the end they gave us 7% off the couch... UGH! Not happy and will go elsewhere for furniture in the future..
